Chargebacks: Chargebacks are not permitted without attempting to dispute with us through Support first. Chargebacks will result in the suspension of your account and a penalty of $15.00. Failure to settle a chargeback within 30 days will result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of all purchased goods and account balance.

Subscription Billing
Some services include an option for subscription billing. Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account balance at the time of renewal. Insufficient funds will result in cancellation of your subscription. Subscriptions will be charged full price for the inital payment. A discount of up to 25% may be applied for each successful renewal. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Cancelations should be submitted no later than 24 hours before renewal to avoid accidental renewal of the subscription. We offer no refunds, unless required by law.
Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms will result in an elimination of your account(s) and access to the website will be prohibited. Refund for any unused Citizenship or other transactions will not be provided. We reserve the right to refuse access to our server, support services, network and website for any reason.
