Please read these terms carefully before using our service
Welcome to our website. If you continue browsing and using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Chotopia's relationship with you in regard to this website.
The term "Chotopia" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" or "your" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If we sell all or part of our business or make a sale or transfer of our assets or are otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, we may transfer personally identifiable information to a third party as part of that transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some services include an option for subscription billing. Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account balance at the time of renewal. Insufficient funds will result in cancellation of your subscription. Subscriptions will be charged full price for the initial payment. A discount of up to 25% may be applied for each successful renewal. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Cancellations should be submitted no later than 24 hours before renewal to avoid accidental renewal of the subscription. We offer no refunds, unless required by law.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in an elimination of your account(s) and access to the website will be prohibited. Refund for any unused Citizenship or other transactions will not be provided. We reserve the right to refuse access to our server, support services, network and website for any reason.
At anytime you may cancel your agreement with these terms. Cancellation of your agreement is conducted by ending use of the website. Further usage of the website or any other brand, network or product of "Chotopia" will constitute as a reinstatement of this Agreement.
If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, its invalidity will not affect the validity or enforcement of any other provision of this agreement.
